Responsibilities:

• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the PAC unit, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care.

• Staff Supervision: Lead, support, and mentor nursing staff, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and promoting professional development.

• Patient Care Oversight: Ensure comprehensive care for patients with high-risk pregnancies, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal care.

• Quality Control and Compliance: Monitor and enforce adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines to ensure quality care delivery.

• Administrative Duties: Manage scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation while handling patient admissions, discharges, and care coordination.

Requirements:

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing, (BSN)

• MSN required

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical RN experience, Minimum of 3 years of PACU/ASU experience

• Minimum of 5 years of Management experience

• Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) : A certification for nurse managers that demonstrates leadership and management skills.

• BLS Certification

• Membership in ASPAN

• Day Shift: 7 AM- 3:30 PM M- F
