Adecco US, Inc. Associate Nurse Manager- NICU in Bronx, New York

We are seeking an Associate Administrative Nurse Manager (AANM) for our Level 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Bronx, NY . This full-time leadership position is tailored for an experienced NICU nurse aiming to excel in a collaborative and compassionate healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Administrative Nurse Manager to oversee the daily operations of the NICU.

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in alignment with hospital policies and procedures.

  • Engage in performance improvement initiatives and clinical research activities.

  • Lead interdisciplinary teams in assessing, planning, and implementing patient care strategies.

  • Maintain professional practice standards and uphold clinical expertise within the NICU.

Requirements:

  • Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License.

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience; leadership experience as a Charge Nurse or higher is preferred.

  • Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.

  • Specialty certification in NICU nursing (ANCC certification preferred).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and data management skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary starting at $135,000 - $135,000 per year

  • Full-time evening shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM, with every other weekend required .
